foundingMARK, a production of BNU Media Group, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you book a session or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your full payment card details ourselves. If you complete our post-booking questionnaire, we collect the story details, photos, and personal media you choose to share with us for use in your session.
We use your information to schedule and prepare for your session, process payment, communicate with you about your booking, and produce the content you’ve booked. If you’ve agreed to platform distribution, footage and clips from your session may be shared on our social media channels as part of the foundingMARK show.
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your booking and any ongoing production or distribution use you’ve agreed to, or as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@foundingmark.com. Note that some information tied to a completed booking or published content may not be deletable if doing so would affect a session already delivered or content already distributed.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
